Unique Packer provides professional packing, moving, and relocation services for residential, office, and commercial clients. Our services include transportation, loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, warehousing, and insurance support.
The scope, cost, and terms of service will be clearly communicated before booking and confirmed through written agreement or quotation.
2. Bookings & Quotations
- All quotations provided are based on the information shared by the customer at the time of inquiry.
- Prices may change if there are modifications in the service scope, distance, volume, or additional requirements.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or mutual agreement between the customer and Unique Packer.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information regarding pickup, drop-off, and item details.
- Ensure proper labeling of fragile, valuable, or restricted items.
- Be present or represented during packing, loading, and delivery.
- Settle the agreed payment as per the terms provided.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
- Advance payment may be required before the move begins.
- Any additional charges for extra services (e.g., delays, storage, extra packing) will be communicated before completion.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other approved channels.
5. Insurance & Liability
- We take the utmost care while handling your belongings. However, Unique Packer shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, or third-party mishandling.
- Customers are encouraged to opt for transit insurance for added protection. Insurance claims, if applicable, will be handled as per the insurance provider’s policy terms.
6. Delays & Cancellations
- While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled move.
- Cancellation charges may apply if services have already been scheduled or resources allocated.
7. Prohibited Items
For safety and compliance, the following items are not accepted for transport:
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Perishable goods
- Valuable items like jewelry, cash, or important documents (unless agreed in writing)
8. Limitation of Liability
Unique Packer will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service delays, loss of data, or business interruption.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Unique Packer and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
